多功能「拜懺」

我是學佛的BB班學生,在佛學班師兄的鼓勵和(因疫情)無得外出的情況下,今天在家「 修心養性」,拜了人生第一次的「禮佛大懺悔文」(總共要拜下接近110次)。

有以下收穫:
1. 懺除以往的「業障」/過失,提醒自己以後不要再犯;
2. 學習中文字讀音
3. 心身運動 (Body Mind Exercise)
4. 核心肌肉和大腿肌肉訓練(Core muscles and Lower Limb Exercise).

有波子的陪伴

哈哈,以上四項以 item (4) 的感覺最為明顯,拜完後大腿肌肉比跑完10公里還要累,難怪法師們的體能和柔軟度(flexibility) 都這麼好!

    I just LOVE LOVE Boizi!!! He is sooooo cute. He reminds me of my dear Dung Dung back in my old HK apartment. He was my darling. He and I had a very close relationship too …….
